July 9, 2009, Obama’s Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) issued a request for contractors who could provide humor and draw cartoons for office employees.

This is Solicitation Number: RFI-BPD-09-0028

According to the job description, the person must be able to:

“Participants shall experience demonstrations of cartoons being created on the spot. The contractor shall have the ability to create cartoons on the spot about BPD jobs. The presenter shall refrain from using any foul language….”

Why stop at cartoons?

Maybe Obama and the Department of Treasury can hire clowns to entertain the employees. A clown that can manipulate balloons into cute little animals for government employees.
